What is the service you provide?

After subscription, we supply you with an actual address in Ohio, USA. After that you can make online purchases from international sites and your purchases will be shipped to the given address. After they arrive to the address, shipments go through the registration process to be registered and ready in your account. You can make an order for any shipment you’d like to ship and the order will be delivered to your address in your country through a shipping company of your choice.

Do I need a subscription in shipping companies such as Aramex and DHL to receive my shipments?

No . You do not need. Once you have subscribed to us, you will be provided with multiple shipping options without subscription or account creation for shipping companies.

What type of address is given to me? Is it real or virtual?

A real actual US mail in Aurora,OH, USA.

Do you have a shopping service?

No. We only provide an actual address, consolidation and shipping services.

In case of loss or damage in my shipment how will I be compensated?

Do you receive shipments on holidays?

Only If the carrier is working.

What is the difference between Basic, Plus and Direct plans?

Direct plan is free of subscription fees. This plan provides direct shipping without consolidation.

Basic package subscription fee is $24 and the Puls plan is $99. The difference between the two plans is that the Plus plan services (for example, the service of imaging shipments) are lower. also, the shipping fees cost less. You can find the approximate shipping rates by the following link:

What are the payment methods are available?

Visa, MasterCard.

Are perfumes allowed to be shipped?

Perfumes and fragrance can be shipped Via DHL only. The largest volume allowed is 500 ml and the largest quantity in an order is 1 liter. Shipping charges for dangerous goods will be charged $15 per order. Delays from 5 to 20 days are expected due to customs inspection.

Is food allowed to ship? and do you have a safe place to store and protect it from damage?

Yes they are shipped(non perishable), but on customer’s own responsibility and are not available for storage.

Do you have a British or a Chinese address?

No. We only provide an American address.
